Recipe for Passion Photography: The day after...

I had a good first experience showcasing my artwork and meeting members of the general public at Ball-N-Co's awesome event - ARTiculate Atlanta. There was a great turn out, good music, delicious food, and almost two dozen amazing artists. I loved the diversity of both talent and the patrons. I would definitely do this again, and sell pieces that time around. There was a good interest in the raffle I had for a free portrait session with me and I'll be announcing the winner on Monday!

It was so good to see "Da Crew" (you know who you are), DJ Sed of Blended Vibe DJs, Doriane of Art by Doriane, Bria of (re)define consulting, and to make a new friend - Christie of A Cranberry Day. All of these women are amazingly talented and deserve your patronage - music, art, jewelry, and reorganization / repurposing of space and materials.

I'd also like to give a big shout out and thank you to my handsome assistant, who was very involved in the planning for this event. At the last minute he was unable to attend but then he surprised me halfway through the night, and I was ecstatic! I'm sure several people saw me literally LEAP into his arms happily, but I didn't care!! As one of my friends aptly put, "all's right in the kingdom". I couldn't have asked for a better night.
