It Don't Mean A Thing...

Sometimes I get stressed out - balancing my full time job, church responsibilities, and my photography business. I love most of my work, but sometimes I long for a weekend where I can just relax. A couple of weekends ago, I took a break from everything and let my boyfriend play around with my Canon point and shoot. He took these in my awesome backyard, which I might start using for some personal projects I have planned for this year. It was fun letting him practice his composition, and it was my first time using the tree swing. I love swings, but I'm rarely home to enjoy it so I was glad to finally break it in. (Don't talk about my hat either; I love it and it keeps your entire head warm!)
