I love it when I discover something new in a place I've long taken for granted. A couple weeks ago, a dear friend of mine took me to one of his favorite places, the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum in Leeds, Alabama. I went to high school in Birmingham and didn't even know this place existed. It was a risky venture for him too because I'm not into bikes or mechanics. (It's totally worth the $15 admission if you ARE into bikes.) However, he seems to know me better than I know myself because I had an awesome time reading on the bikes and photographing the ones that caught my eye. My weakness for all things vintage all probably helped too. Here are just a few, as I captured over 200 images. The Agusta MV was built the same year that he and I met so I dedicate this post to him, with love.
