Pause

I would rather be busy than bored, but sometimes I can get so busy that I don't take the time to enjoy the things around me. So a couple weekends ago, I woke up early and took a walk around my neighborhood. Sadly, it the area of town that I am in some respects the LEAST familiar with. I'm always somewhere else, and when I'm there I'm home catching up on sleep. So it was really important to me that I take the time to slow down and just enjoy taking photos for leisure.

In a nearby neighborhood I uncovered this well hidden home with steps and a bridge leading up to the front door. As you can see here the trees form a lovely canopy along the first steps. The home itself is very cool looking, but I had no interest in being snagged for trespassing.
