I have finally started to recuperate from my impromptu trip out of town and now have some images to share out of the 100+ that I took while there. In the interest of privacy, I won't be posting images of myself or my friends, but instead just some candid shots and images that take in the scenery. These shots were not taken with my usual Nikon SLR, but with a Canon point-and-shoot. If the images seem a bit distorted, then you are noticing the effect of a wide angle (in this case 24 mm) lens. So here is just a few shots of what I saw and experienced in New Orleans for a day. I plan on posting some more later.
